Nepali Play at New York

For the first time, a Nepali drama titled "Jodiyun Bhatkiyeka Mannharu" is going to be staged at an Off-BroadwayTheatre in Manhattan of New York, known as city of drama.

The information was made public during a press conference organized at Jackson Heights of New York on Sunday.

The one hour play written by Ashesh Malla and directed by Hari Bahadur Thapa is going to staged at 777 Theatre at 3 pm and7 pm on December 13.The theatre has the capacity of 158 people.

The plays shows suffering, pain and response of people after the destructive Earthquake.

Director Thapa informed that the drama team with the the play wanted to join the heart of peoplethat are suffering from the massive Earthquake.

Ticket have been priced USD 25, 50 and 100.
